Spirit guides can be defines as ‘entities’ and have many names including spirit helpers, Angels and Guardian Angels. Spirit guides are good, loving and want to help you. Spirit guides are not ‘controlling guides’ they cannot consume or take over your mind and body. Nor can they haunt you or make decisions for you.


Spirit guides offer you wisdom and help. They have existed over many life times and want to offer their love, support and guidance to you. They have always been there for you and will continue to do so, all you need is help to recognize them and tune into their positive energy.
