Although there is various different diets plan available in the market which has been successful to an extent. You may go for any of the above. Each of them works on different principle.

But instead of using crash diet, you may go for a controlled diet along with some kind of exercises. It will be your choice all along. There are a variety of exercises available. Depending upon your personality you may go for any of these. Do anything but remember it is very urgent to lose weight. You may not realize it now but you will come to know it’s after effect some times later. Obesity leads to various diseases like high blood pressure and subsequently heart attack. Meanwhile you can go for balanced diet which consists of a variety of food with ample amount of nutrients.
