Even if your kid can find a job outside the home, a home business
is safer than working late hours at a gas station or fast food restaurant,
and the return for his or her time and effort will be far more rewarding
(No matter what the outcome!).
The land of plenty is there for all of us, but you have to be willing
to work for it, be patient enough to endure a delay in seeing your
efforts pay off, and you must be able to stay persistent even if you
don't see any results or feed-back right away.
To get started, picking a Niche; Brainstorming your kid or teen’s
product or and service; checking for interest and for profitability;
and finally, the action plan, are all basics in getting ready to start
building a business, (whether the business is yours or your kid's!).
However, as simple as the steps above seem, many complexities lie within
each step and beyond.
Take it slow and thoroughly learn about all the steps you are about to take
before diving in. Otherwise, you'll be at risk of wasting precious time
shooting blanks in the dark.
(I know from experience!)
In closing, I hope you and your kid or teen decide to give it a try and
take steps to start building a real way for your kid or teen to start creating
a business they can love, be proud of, and can continue to grow as they do.
I think you will find this journey a rewarding one, and who knows?
If they work long and hard enough, maybe they will never have to work
outside the home...unless they just want the experience!
Below you will find a helpful eBook on getting ready to start a new home business.
For the time being, it is available at no cost to you. Enjoy!
