There is much kind of weight loss diet plans they are as follows:

Low calorie diet: A low calorie diet comprises of food intake between 800 – 1000 calories a day. People who go on such a diet are either overweight or are obese. People usually end up starving themselves in this kind of a diet, they always feel hungry. It is a very conventional method of losing weight.

High protein diet: This diet is mostly recommended to people who are keen on a good muscular body or to nutritionists, high protein diet helps in losing fat and building up muscles. This diet does not take control of the calories. When on a high protein diet you can eat a lot of meat and dry beans that are cooked are the only vegetable you can have. This diet is high in proteins which lessens your hunger and makes you feel full. The disadvantage of this diet is that it can lead to heart disease and high cholesterol problems.

Rotation diet: Rotation diet is the easiest and simplest diet plan. It provides the best nutrition required for the body and helps in avoiding all kind of food – cravings. It satisfies the body to a large extent. In this diet you eat reasonably well for a few days and go on a low calorie diet for the next few days, it’s a method of rotating every week.

Low carbohydrate diet: In this diet, you can eat as much as much you want to have provided the food does not include any carbohydrate. This diet should contain more of fruits, vegetables, homemade yogurt, etc. for breakfast biscuits; pancakes etc have to be avoided. Eggs and sausages are suggested as good nutrients. For lunch and dinner you can have a bit of meat bread should be avoided, fried food can be taken provided its cooked in olive oil or corn oil.

It’s very difficult for a person who is obese and therefore a strict diet has to be followed for at least two weeks. After the third week a few carbohydrates can be taken
