Amazing Abs Using UnCommon Exercises
If you want to get that beach body and abs stop doing crunches and leg lifts and change to barbell rows deadlifts and squats. It will change your body around completely. If your time is limited and you need fast results all you need is motivation. Instead of spending three hours working out each muscle separately you can start working out almost all of them at once, which will save you time and energy and still give you a flat stomach just in time for summer. One multi-joint exercise can work much better and trim away body fat much quicker than a series of isolation exercises.
The proof is in power-lifters you may run into at the gym. You see their big muscles and six packs and wonder how some of them ever did it. I can tell you right now that it is the 'big three' that helped them achieve those results. What is the 'big three' you might be asking? Well, they are: squats, deadlifts and bench presses. Overhead or shoulder presses cmbined with lunges or squats, pulldowns, pushups, and dumbbell rows are just a few other examples of some beneficial multi-joint exercises
Full body workouts/ multi-joint exercises done every two-three days so you have needed time off for recovery. One workout could include: deadlifts, dips, pulldowns, and upright rows and the next time you workout maybe do squats or lunges, bench presses or pushups, pullups or barbell rows, and overhead presses. To make things even more exciting, you can combine moves such as the overhead press and a squat to form a squat press. The squat press is actually one of my favorite all around moves as it works all the “cosmetic areas” that people are so concerned with such as legs, thighs, arms, butt and of course abs.
Now it's your turn, dedicate about six to eight weeks to muti-joint exercises and full body workouts and combine it with proper nutrition and enough sleep so you have a quicker recovery time and you are on your way to success in finally getting those six pack abs because the best way to work out your abs is not to specifically target your stomach muscles but target all the muscles around it by using multi-joint exercises. The time is now to stop working one muscle at a time and start working on all your muscles at once. It saves time and it even becomes easier to get a great body.
